The Archetype Lab:
Archetype workshops
We love Archetypes because they’re more than just a tool - they’re a framework for unlocking potential in leadership and teams.
Archetypes offer a roadmap to better understand yourself and others, helping you navigate the complexities of leadership and collaboration. They give you a shared language to build trust, create alignment, and dive into the deeper dynamics of team relationships.
This isn’t just about solving problems—it’s about creating the foundation for deeper connection and more powerful leadership.

01.
Your Internal Archetype: Drivers and Resistance
This isn’t optional—it’s the cornerstone of leadership and teamwork.
Your dominant internal archetype is your personal blueprint: what drives you, where you thrive, and where you stumble. By understanding it, you’ll uncover the hidden motivations behind how you work and connect with others.
Self-awareness changes everything. It helps you own your strengths, navigate your pitfalls, and build the kind of trust and collaboration that transforms teams.
We start here. The rest of the journey depends on it.
02.
Your External Archetype: Feedback and Assumptions
In this session, you'll explore feedback and how you present yourself to the world.
By receiving an archetype from others, you’ll get a clear view of how you’re perceived - what qualities and impressions you project. It’s a mirror that reveals new insights into how to communicate more authentically and effectively.
More importantly, it gives you a chance to share what really drives you, deepening trust and understanding within the team.
This step isn't just helpful - seeing yourself through others' eyes is essential for real connection and growth.
03.
Team Mapping: Understanding dynamics
In this session, you’ll get a clear view of your team’s archetypal makeup.
By mapping out each member’s internal archetype, the team uncovers its strengths, blind spots, and growth areas. This insight sparks clarity on how team dynamics play out in everyday interactions, big moments, and collaboration.
Understanding these patterns empowers your team to work smarter, grow together, and overcome challenges with ease.
04.
Team Archetype: Retrospective and Purpose
Looking back at recent events, the team reflects on the archetype they’ve embodied and why it surfaced.
Then, the focus shifts to the future—who do they need to be to hit their goals? What changes and choices will fuel this evolution?
Finally, they consider how other teams in the organization see them. With this external perspective, the team makes a plan for transformation, ensuring they’re always evolving toward greater impact.
05.
Master Your Archetype, Strengthen Your Team
In these final sessions, each archetype gets a deep dive, unlocking growth in key areas like communication, collaboration, and stress management.
Through hands-on exercises and reflection, team members learn to embrace their strengths and support each other’s unique qualities. This builds adaptability, resilience, and an ability to work seamlessly together.
The result? A dynamic, high-performing team, ready to take on whatever comes next.
