From Survival Strategy to Conscious Archetypal Leadership
This certification training is a transformational program for coaches, facilitators, psychologists and therapists who want to work with leadership, collaboration and team development at a deeper, more human level.
It combines three powerful lenses into one coherent, science-aligned framework:

Why Archetypes?
Most leadership frameworks focus on behavior. This model goes deeper.
It reveals the architecture underneath behavior: the inner parts, voices and archetypal energies that take over when things get stressful, uncertain or relationally complex.
And it maps how these individual patterns scale into team bodies that can either move in flow, or get stuck in chronic tension.
Our model brings together developmental psychology, attachment theory, parts work, somatic awareness and systemic thinking in a way that is intuitive, practical and immediately usable.
It is not an assessment and not a typology.
It is a development and navigation system.

Every person carries a set of archetypal strategies shaped by early experience, attachment patterns and learned ways of staying connected, safe and valued.
Instead of asking “Who are you?” Our question is:
“Which archetypal strategies are protecting you right now?”
You are not your archetype, you are the whole inner system that learned to rely on certain patterns when it mattered most. By understanding these protective energies, clients gain compassion for themselves and clarity about how to expand beyond automatic roles.

Archetype work is serious work, but it’s taught with lightness, metaphor, humor and embodied exploration. The tone is “playful with gravity”, professional, grounded, but deeply human.
